As much as possible, we have already made all efforts to make this place as open as possible. However, we note that there are still a lot of people out there trying to exploit our forums without giving us due respect nor due compensations while they make money out of their exploitation of our forums.

If anyone infringes on any of our rules and regulations for their own commercial benefits without our approval, they are in immediate infringement of our intellectual property rights.

We will spare no effort to take legal actions against them for such infringements.

Dear Tournament Organisers~
with effect from 03rd July 2007

With immediate effect, please note that there will be a small token fee for every tournament posted.
For competitions targeted for 32 or less players, the fee is $10.
For competitions targeted for 33-127 players, the fee is $20.
For competitions targeted for more than 127 players, the fee is $50.
For weekly/monthly or any periodic competitions, fees will be payable weekly/monthly or the schedule as planned for your competitions. When the fees are not received prior to the weekly event, the post will be deleted.
And for every sponsor you have engaged in your event, a fee of $5 is chargeable for each sponsor name/brand/logo being published.
**International Organisers can pay through paypal in US Dollars**
